2008 STAND UP AND TAKE ACTION
This year’s event, which will be taking place over a three-day weekend from October 17-19, will be focused on taking action such as standing up, calling local, regional, and national governments, organizing a campaign to create awareness, or getting involved - what's important is that we all STAND UP and TAKE ACTION to make our demands heard! Help us set a new Guinness World Record in 2008 – see information atwww.standagainstpoverty.org.
